In a couple previous recipes, I had included this little side dish but I think it deserves a little more attention because it’s just really good! Three ingredients, no cooking needed, done in 5 minutes and you have a delicious little dish.
- 2 ripe tomatoes, preferably cœur de bœuf if you can get your hands on some
- About 4 tablespoons aïoli
- 2 tablespoons sumac
- Slice the tomatoes 5-10 mm thick.
- Spread a layer of aïoli on the slices.
- Sprinkle the sumac evenly on top.
