This is a very easy, quick and flavoursome side dish or a simple snack with some bread and hummus or aioli. Make sure not to bake it too long so that the cauliflower keeps its crunchiness. You can spice it up with a pinch of chili pepper.
For 2 persons
- 1/2 cauliflower
- 2 teaspoons turmeric
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- A pinch of ground nutmeg
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Preheat the oven at 220ºC.
- Cut the cauliflower into small pieces and discard the leaves and stem.
- Combine with the rest of the ingredients and spread on a baking tray lined with baking parchment.
- Bake for 15 minutes golden brown.
